We loved that the hotel had everything our family needed. It had a pretty spacious common space and coffee all day long. The pool was decent sized for our kid and the breakfast was no-frills but good quality. The best thing was the staff, especially the breakfast/kitchen staff. They were always hard at work to make sure used plates, etc. were cleaned up, food was always available, and everyone's needs were met. Very impressed.

Room was very clean, great location, the room kitchen was great especially when travelling with kids (was useful for boiling water for our new born) staff was also kind and helpful

The hotel room comes with a kitchen including the stove top and the dishwasher, which is very convenient for families. We did not have a car, and it was about seven-minute walk to the bus stop with buses going to the city center. The gym and pool were also nice. The laundry room was free of charge.

Love the location, fairly close to so many good attractions without the hustle and busle of downtown. And the front deck guy, Trey i think his name was, was wonderful. He was so friendly and had so many good recommendations on local place to go. Was genuinely happy to be at work.... the view from the rooftop patio is amazing!!!

When we arrived on Thursday evening, Chris was working at the check-in counter alone. It was busy and understaffed. He said it was his first shift alone, and he gave us some of the best customer service we have ever received. There was some confusion and mix-up about my booking/paying through booking.com. He could not find my payment for the room and asked to charge me *AGAIN* for it. After explaining, he called his manager and fixed the problem. Check-in took about 30 minutes; Chris was apologetic for the time it took to get us checked in and waived our parking fees in the parking garage for the duration of our 2-day stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Our room had a fantastic bathtub. The breakfast was good! However, Chris's customer service still sticks out to me almost a month later. Chris is lovely, outgoing, warm, and exuberant. He is truly a customer service extraordinaire.

We got more that I expected. Great room, nice hotel…. And the only “complaint” I would have would be a little noisy on the street out front if your room faces that side…BUT, even then, I didn’t really have any issues.

- The suite was quite big and spacious - Very clean rooms - Breakfast had variety of food - The staff were very kind and helpful. They took our request seriously and did their best to fulfill them as soon as possible - Beds were comfy - Very cheap price compared to the service and comfort - Good location, close to the bars in Fremont

- a great staff with a decent management team - windows can be opened to get some fresh air when you -a full-size kitchen that you can cook some simple meals - rooftop lounge that you can have a great view of downtown Seattle - close to U of W -a gated underground parking that gives you a sense of security -morning breakfast was ok but they didn’t have scrambled eggs. I agree with the previous review: they could have an additional waffle maker instead of one to avoid the long waits -the additional two comforter sets were very helpful. Thank you Chris!

We enjoyed the spacious room and being able to spread out with two teenage boys and a little kid. Having two bathrooms was a definite bonus!

I like the idea of the hotel having a free laundry room. Another was the staff, my wife and I were trying to look for the pool area and this nice gentlemen helped us out by pointing out the direction it is in.
